Sarah Killeen
Sarah has lived in Portumna, Co. Galway since the age of five. Lough Derg and its surroundings have always played a significant role in her life. She has a passion for self-care, movement, and supporting others by sharing her love of the lake, forest, and being in nature. Sarah currently works across her online fitness platform The Mind-Body Engine, leading Forest Bathing walks, and in customer relations for a local business, all while raising her family. These cards were created to encourage moments of reflection and to gently raise awareness around the things you may be avoiding or find difficult to express.
Kerry Kissane
Originally from Dublin, Kerry has been living in Portumna for almost a decade. As a photographer, she has spent countless hours documenting the natural beauty of Lough Derg.
Through her own creative exploration and work with local tourism boards, she has come to know its still waters, winding roads, quiet villages and the gentle rhythms of life around the lake. These cards are a reflection of that journey and a way to share the calm, beauty, and connection found in this special place.
